Wellbeing Officer – emh care and support
Based – Springfield\'s, Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire
Hours: 35 Hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with occasional evening and weekend work. Flexibility will be required to support the service)

Springfield\'s consists of 65 beautiful supported living apartments is situated in the heart of the National Forest. The Service provides extra care housing, alongside 24hour care and support services. The people living at the service will predominantly be adults aged over 55 years, although there will also be a small number of working aged adults with care and support needs. The scheme will be a mixed tenure of shared ownership and rented properties.
This innovative new development is designed to provide a range of services to meet the needs and aspirations of the people that live there. The scheme has staff on duty 24 hours of day who deliver packages of care to meet people assessed needs, and a management team to ensure that the scheme remains safe and compliant and works to achieve outstanding results for the people that live there.
We are seeking a Wellbeing Officer who can promote individual rights and personal dignity for service users and provide them with every opportunity for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development. The Wellbeing Officer will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities and experiences for residents, both in the scheme and community-based settings, in accordance with individual choice. You will also carry out regular wellbeing visits to identify suitable opportunities for service users to engage with their local community.
