The role We are now seeking experienced Staff Nurse to provide high standards of care and support in a professional manner for service users.Within this role you will be required to:Work in line with care and support plans and be compliant with CQC, Derbyshire County Council and Clinical Commissioning Group Regulations and emh care and support policies and procedures. Adhere to all NMC guidelines and implement them within the home, to maintain and improve professional knowledge in line of revalidation.Be responsible for the assessment of service user\’s needs, development, implementation and evaluation of care plans as a named nurse.Take lead of a shift prioritising yours and others work loads, monitoring the progress of support workers through supervisions.Work in a dignified person centred manner respecting service user\’s rights.About us EMH care & support focus on putting people first.
