Location – Leicester/Northampton & Blaby/Northwest Leicestershire – Leicester
Hours – 37 hours per week, working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am – 3.30pm.
Salary – £30,907.00 per annum
The Role
As Painter within our Internal Maintenance Service, you will be carrying out painting repairs and maintenance to the highest standard for our residents based across the East Midlands. Performing void maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied priorities, there is an expectation you will be multi-skilled to provide an efficient, customer focused service.
The ideal candidate
You will hold a City and Guilds Level 3 qualification, NVQ, or similar, and have broad experience of day-to-day maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied properties.
A full driving licence is essential.
