The predicted salary is between 40585 - 40585 Β£ per year.

Location – This is a home-based working role, with occasional travel to our Head Office in Coalville and other sites across the East Midlands. (Designated office – Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire).

Hours – 35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch each day.

Salary – Β£36,527 - Β£40,585 per annum.

The role

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Corporate Social Responsibility Co-ordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver our approach to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) while supporting the development of our newly established Foundation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting and delivering CSR initiatives, with a focus on EDI and ESG programmes.
  • Collecting, analysing and reporting on EDI and ESG data, including annual reports.
  • Supporting colleagues with Equality Impact Assessments and best practice.
  • Managing external EDI pledges and accreditations.
  • Providing support to staff network groups and encouraging engagement.
  • Administering the emh Foundation, including governance, applications and reporting.
  • Working with internal teams and external partners to maximise social value.
  • Producing engaging communications to showcase CSR activity.
  • Representing the organisation in relevant networks and forums.

  • Experience or strong interest in CSR, EDI, ESG or social impact work.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
  • Passion for driving positive change and embedding inclusive practices.
