Location/Base: Homebased (Designated office: Longfield House, Ilkeston). Travel is required across parts of Ilkeston and South Derbyshire. (This role is community based and desk based with a combination of working from emh offices, community hubs and home).

Hours: 35 hours week, working Monday to Friday.

Salary: £28,166 - £31,295 per annum (RFJ 5).

As a Lettings Negotiator you will be marketing and letting properties to customers, managing the process from the outgoing customer giving notice to end their tenancy, through to onboarding the new customer into their home.
