Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, working Monday – Thursday, and Friday.
Location: Mobile Working, with travel across the East Midlands, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas (Based at Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire).
As a Roofer within our Internal Maintenance Service Team, you will be responsible for providing a full range of roofing functions to the highest standard for our residents based across the East Midlands. You will carry out roofing works as part of a small team on the Responsive maintenance programme in both occupied and unoccupied priorities. There is an expectation you will be multi-skilled to provide an efficient, customer focused service.
You will hold a City and Guilds Level 3 or NVQ qualification relevant to the roofing trade and have broad experience of carrying out Responsive maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied properties. The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers' homes situated across the East Midlands.
