Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with one-hour lunch break)

We are looking for a manager who is passionate, skilled, and has experience working within a supported housing setting.
The role
- Have experience managing and delivering high quality housing support for people who have come through the homeless pathway, within a supported housing or specialist accommodation setting.

About You:
- You will share our values and passion to support vulnerable people.
- You will have experience of managing a team working within a supported housing environment.
- You will have knowledge of relevant housing legislation.
- You will have the ability to understand and implement service level agreements with partner agencies including drafting, negotiating, monitoring and reviewing.
- You will have experience of working with housing, and adult social care departments.
- You will have experience of supporting people to successfully apply for relevant benefits to maximise income, and support tenancy sustainment.
- You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Project Workers providing accommodation.
- You will be passionate about helping vulnerable individuals on their first steps towards independent living.
- You will coach and develop the team to encourage them to maximise their potential.
- You will build and maintain strong links and working relationships with internal and external partners.
- You will develop and implement policies and procedures and keep up with legislation and best practice.
