The Complaints Team are looking for a Complaints Resolution Advisor to join working in the Complaints Resolution Team which is part of the Complaints department. They will be responsible for resolving cases before they turn into complaints and delivering a high performing complaints investigation and resolution service for emh customers. The role will also include contributing to developing comprehensive customer insight and profiling and ensuring a holistic support service and advice on complaints handling across emh.

Do you have a passion for providing an effective and efficient customer service, and can demonstrate excellent communications skills, whilst working to meet tight deadlines? Do you possess good IT skills and are competent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other databases? Do you have experience of working in a housing and/or customer contact centre environment or related field? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications: Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English or relevant professional experience.
