The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for Home Support Workers to join our teams in Chesterfield. We have various hours available including full-time and part-time. Shifts will be based on rota and will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and waking nights.

As a Home Support Worker, you will provide high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the organisation's policies and procedures. You will also provide care and support for service users, encouraging them to do as much as possible for themselves in order to develop and maintain their independence and physical ability, whilst ensuring a healthy, safe and clean environment for service users in their home and encouraging their involvement in achieving this.

Qualifications

Desirable to already have QCF in Health and Social Care – Level 2, or the care certificate or the willingness to work towards it.
