The Role: As an Electrician within our Internal Maintenance Service, you will be carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance functions to the highest standard for our residents based across the East Midlands. Performing day-to-day maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied properties, there is an expectation you will be multi-skilled to provide an efficient, customer-focused service, focused on a right first-time approach.
The ideal candidate will hold a level 3 qualification in electrical installation, or similar qualification, and have experience of day-to-day maintenance in residential properties. You will demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service for our customers. The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers' homes situated across the East Midlands.
