The predicted salary is between 50139 - 55710 £ per year.

Location/Base: Home and community based in Erewash and Derbyshire, with the ability to travel to emh offices and across the East Midlands as required.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £50,139 - £55,710 per annum

The role: This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Communities Team, with a focus on increasing our presence in the communities we serve. In this new role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 Housing Officers, a Tenancy Solutions Caseworker, Choice Based Lettings Officer, Choice Based Lettings Assistant and Lettings Negotiator to provide a comprehensive housing & estate management service, making a positive contribution to our communities.

The person: Do you have knowledge and experience of strategic and operational housing law? Do you understand ASB best practice management, neighbourhood and community agenda? Do you have experience of successfully working collaboratively with others both internally and externally developing positive working outcomes? Do you have a passion for providing strong customer care skills demonstrating high levels of customer ownership and accountability? If so, we would love to hear from you.
