We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our busy maintenance team on a 9-month fixed term contract at Midlands Rural Housing.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination of maintenance activities.

Location – Home Based, with travelling required across the Midlands

Hours – 38 hours per week

Salary - £39,237 - £43,597 (RFJ 8)
