People Assistant (HR) Based – Based at Memorial House Coalville, Leicestershire and ability to work from home Salary: £23,441 – £ 26,045 per annum 35 hours per week – Working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch each day. The role We have an exciting opportunity for a People Assistant to join the People team (Previously known as the HR team). Working within this fast paced environment you will be responsible for carrying out administration processes to support the People and Payroll team for all activities within the employment lifecycle, including Recruitment. You will ensure that documents are processed, systems are updated and maintained in line with data protection. Your main focus will be supporting the recruitment of new colleagues including: advertising roles, arranging interviews, onboarding, keeping in touch with candidates and conducting pre-employment checks.
