EMG Solicitors in Reading is seeking a Solicitor or FCILEx to join the Court of Protection, Property and Affairs team. The role handles COP matters and deputyships, with initial 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, based in Reading but travel to other offices may be required.
After probation, a hybrid approach with at least three days in the office; you will develop the department, manage fee earning work, and strive to meet clients' needs while maintaining confidentiality.
