Requirements

• Proven Experience as a Business Analyst: Showcase your expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, demonstrating your ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
• Understanding of Operational Resilience: Familiarize yourself with operational resilience principles and practices, allowing you to contribute effectively to the project\’s objectives and deliverables.
• Experience in Asset Management: Bring your knowledge of the asset management industry and regulatory landscape to the table, enabling you to navigate complex challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Utilize your analytical prowess to conduct data analysis, identify trends and patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support decision‑making processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify operational risks, assess business impact, and prioritize resilience measures to mitigate potential disruptions.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the project.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in current operational processes and systems.
• Develop business process maps, workflows, and other documentation to illustrate current and future state processes, guiding the implementation of resilience strategies and controls.
• Support the project manager in tracking project progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
