Senior Quantity Surveyor HS2 Project | London Location: London (HS2 Project) We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project supporting the delivery of HS2 in London. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on one of the UKs most significant engineering programmes, working within a high-performing commercial team to ensure successful project delivery. The successful candidate will be a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in engineering or infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing commercial performance, administering contracts, and supporting the delivery team to maximise project value while effectively managing risk. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of allocated project packages. Prepare, submit, and negotiate valuations, variations, and final accounts. Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow.
