An exciting opportunity is available for a Quantity Surveyor in London looking to broaden their experience and move into the nuclear and major infrastructure sector.
This role offers the chance to work on technically complex projects while developing specialist knowledge within an industry known for demanding engineering, commercial and regulatory requirements.
You don't need previous nuclear experience. We are particularly interested in professionals who have developed their commercial skills within MEP, mechanical engineering, building services, construction, infrastructure or energy.
The Opportunity
Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you'll take responsibility for key cost and contractual activities across major engineering projects.
You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement specialists, contractors and suppliers, ensuring commercial performance is effectively managed from procurement through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
Supporting procurement, tendering and subcontract negotiations.
