An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Structural Design Engineer to join a growing and ambitious Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy in Bristol.
This role is ideal for an engineer with around 1-2 years of consultancy experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. As a Junior Structural Design Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers on a diverse range of structural projects across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments.
Youll gain exposure to all stages of project delivery, helping to develop your technical expertise while taking on increasing responsibility as your experience grows. Assist in the design and analysis of structural engineering projects
Produce engineering calculations, drawings and technical reports
Support senior engineers with project delivery and coordination
Attend site visits and project meetings

To be considered for this Junior Structural Design Engineer position, you should have:
A degree in Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Approximately 1-2 years of experience within a structural engineering consultancy
Experience producing structural calculations and design work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
A desire to work towards Chartered Engineer status
A proactive approach and willingness to continue learning
