We are looking for an exceptional Senior HVAC Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a flagship HVAC project in West London. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a proven track record of leading major mechanical building services projects and delivering complex programmes to demanding deadlines.

As the Senior HVAC Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a high-value HVAC installation from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover. You will lead the project team, manage client relationships, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure every stage of the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on budget, and on programme.

This role requires a confident and commercially aware HVAC Project Manager who is comfortable leading large site teams, making critical decisions, and driving performance to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the delivery of a major HVAC project in West London.
  • Lead and motivate the project team, providing clear direction throughout every phase of the project.
  • Ensure the project is delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, and within budget.
  • Drive the programme to ensure key milestones and completion dates are achieved.
  • Manage all aspects of project planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain programme and productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain progress.
  • Monitor commercial performance, manage project reporting, and support successful financial delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience as an HVAC Project Manager delivering major mechanical or HVAC projects.
  • A demonstrable track record of successfully leading large-scale HVAC project delivery from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams on live construction sites.
  • A proven ability to deliver complex projects to strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and programme management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and other relevant industry certifications.
