MEP Project Manager Central London | High-Profile Major Project | Competitive Salary + Package We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of a prestigious, high-profile development in Central London.
This is a unique opportunity for a driven and commercially aware MEP Project Manager to take ownership of a landmark project, acting as the key interface between clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
As the lead MEP Project Manager , you will be responsible for driving the mechanical, electrical and public health elements of a major project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved.
The Role Working on a significant and complex development, the MEP Project Manager will provide strategic leadership across all MEP disciplines, coordinating multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the MEP delivery strategy across a major construction project.
Acting as the primary client-facing representative for all MEP matters.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting requirements.
Coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
Driving project performance, quality standards and technical excellence.
Chairing progress meetings and presenting updates to senior client representatives.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety standards and project governance procedures.
Identifying and mitigating project risks while implementing effective solutions.
Supporting project procurement and commercial management activities.
About You We are looking for a highly motivated MEP Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects within complex stakeholder environments.
You will have: Significant experience managing MEP packages on major projects.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Strong commercial awareness and programme management expertise.
The ability to influence decision-making at senior stakeholder level.
Experience within consultancy, contractor or client-side project management environments.
Relevant industry qualifications in engineering, construction or project management.
