Are you currently working as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, looking for the opportunity to work on large scale projects within the Energy, Rail and Transport sectors? Are you based in the North West and looking for something offering flexible working, a mix of WFH, site and Head office?
Emeya Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading engineering and construction company, their head office is based in the North West and they work on major projects nationally. They specialise within the MEP/HVAC sector, predominantly within the regulated sector space, projects include Nuclear, Defence, Rail and Transport. These sectors historically offer longer term job security and generous salary packages.
They are currently looking to recruit a Senior level MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their head office team, based near Manchester.
MEP Quantity Surveyor Role Requirements:- You will ideally be working as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, they are also open project Quantity Surveyors looking to take the next step towards Senior level.
- Experience within the Energy, Defence, Rail sectors would be highly beneficial, but this is not essential.
- You will ideally have a sound understanding of NEC and JCT form of contract, again support will be given if you don’t have experience of one of these.
- You will have the ability to and have previous experience taking financial control and responsibility on large scale MEP projects.
- Comfortable representing the company at client/site meetings.
- This position is based out of their Manchester head office and offers a mix of office, WFH and site based work.
- You will need a full UK driving licence and be happy visiting sites.
- The chance to work on some of the largest live projects in the country, they are a key delivery partner on Hinkley Point C, Sizewell and HS2.
