We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Project Manager to join our growing team in London. Key Responsibilities- Lead the successful delivery of major MEP/HVAC projects from inception through to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project programmes, resources, risks, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
- Drive project delivery against strict timelines and milestones, ensuring programme commitments are met.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Provide regular project reporting to senior management and clients.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering major construction, infrastructure, or building services projects.
- Strong background in MEP/HVAC systems, including mechanical services, ventilation, air conditioning, and associated infrastructure.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex MEP/HVAC projects to demanding programmes and delivery schedules.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication abilities.
- Experience working within highly regulated environments is advantageous.
- Exposure to rail sector projects would be beneficial, although not essential.
