We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier One Main Contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt. This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading construction businesses on a flagship mission-critical development. The successful Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of the commercial management of significant Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages, supporting the delivery of a high-value data centre project from construction through to final account.

The position offers flexibility for candidates wishing to relocate permanently to Frankfurt or work on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) basis. To be considered, applicants must hold EU citizenship and have the right to work within the European Union.

In addition to a highly competitive salary, the package includes fully paid accommodation and a living allowance equivalent to 20% of annual salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial delivery of major CSA packages on a large-scale data centre project.
  • Administer subcontract accounts from procurement through to final account agreement.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packages and contractual documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance.
  • Manage variations, change orders, compensation events, and contractual claims.
  • Prepare and submit valuations, applications for payment, and commercial reports.
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide commercial advice to project and operational teams.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor, CSA Quantity Surveyor, or Senior Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects.
  • Strong background managing Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages.
  • Previous experience delivering large-scale construction projects within data centres, commercial developments, industrial facilities, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
  • Excellent understanding of commercial management, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience working for a Tier One Main Contractor, principal contractor, or major construction organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, or other standard forms of contract.
  • Ability to manage high-value subcontract accounts independently.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work in Frankfurt either on a permanent relocation basis or fly-in fly-out (FIFO) arrangement.
  • Experience managing major CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
