Remote Working Opportunity – Electrical Subject Matter Expert
Are you from an Electrical Engineering background, looking for a remote working position (UK or Europe)? Do you have a technical background with a strong understanding of design, procurement, operations and construction of major projects? We are currently working in partnership with a leading construction and management company, they have a strong presence worldwide and employ over 3000 staff. They currently have an opportunity for an Electrical Subject Matter Expert, this is a remote role and open to both UK and EU based candidates, a strong level of written and verbal English is required for this role.
Role Responsibilities:
- Review of Electrical Schematics, Design reviews and compliance.
- Conduct Design specific reviews as part of a multi-discipline team.
- Detailed assessment of multi-disciplined design requirements, conduct meetings with the engineering team and identify areas of non-compliance.
- Provide ongoing technical support during design development and construction phase through to commissioning.
- Provide Electrical expertise for project design, operations and commissioning teams through the life cycle of the project.
- Work closely with the procurement team, ensuring OFCI equipment is compliant and fit for purpose in line with client specifications.
- Provide support to the site based team on system functionality and operating procedures.
- Assist project cost estimating teams for assessment of scope and development.
