Design Coordinator/Manager - Hard Landscaping/Externals Major Projects
Are you currently working as a Design Coordinator/Manager, from an Architectural background and experience working on high end landscaping projects? Are you based within a commutable distance to London?
Emeya Recruitment are currently working in partnership with one of the South East's leading landscaping companies, responsible for delivery of some of the largest projects ongoing in London, ranging from £3-£10 million plus. They are looking to recruit a Design Manager/Coordinator to oversee design and coordination on projects in and around London.
This position requires someone from a Design/Architectural background with experience working on landscaping/externals, ideally on large scale projects.
Design Manager Role Requirements:- You will currently be working in Design Coordination/Management, with experience on large scale landscaping/externals.
- You will need to be commutable to London and happy attending and working on large construction sites in central London.
- Capable of using relevant software including Asite and Sharepoint.
- Comfortable working with main contractors, sub contractors and representing the company at client/site meetings.
- Previous experience in a Design Management or coordination position is essential.
