We are currently seeking a talented CSA Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier One Main Contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a market-leading construction business working on one of Europe’s most significant mission-critical developments. The successful CSA Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial delivery of key Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages, working alongside an experienced commercial team on a high-profile data centre project. Whether you are looking to relocate to Germany on a permanent basis or work on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) arrangement, this position offers flexibility alongside an excellent financial package and long-term career prospects.

To be considered, candidates must hold EU citizenship and have the right to work within the European Union.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the commercial management of CSA packages throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with subcontract administration, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Prepare and review payment applications and commercial reports.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage variations, change orders, and compensation events.
  • Support procurement activities and subcontract package management.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
  • Assist in identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a CSA Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, or Assistant Quantity Surveyor on construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects such as data centres, commercial developments, industrial facilities, infrastructure, or major build projects.
  • Good knowledge of cost management, procurement, contract administration, and commercial reporting.
  • Experience working for a main contractor, specialist contractor, or large construction organisation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced project environment.
Essential Criteria
  • EU citizenship is required.
  • Willingness to work in Frankfurt either through relocation or on a FIFO basis.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Ambition to develop within a leading Tier One construction business.
