We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior CSA Planner to join a Tier One Main Contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Senior CSA Planner to play a key role on one of Europe’s largest and most technically challenging mission-critical developments. Working as part of an established project controls team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and programme management of major Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works throughout the project lifecycle. The role offers flexibility for candidates wishing to relocate permanently to Frankfurt or work on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) basis. To be considered, applicants must hold EU citizenship and have the right to work within the European Union.

Alongside a highly competitive salary, the successful candidate will receive fully paid accommodation and a living allowance equivalent to 20% of annual salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project programmes for CSA works using Primavera P6.
  • Lead planning activities across major Civil, Structural and Architectural packages.
  • Produce short-term and long-term construction programmes to support project delivery.
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and identify programme risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and provide mitigation strategies where required.
  • Prepare and present planning reports, progress updates, and programme analysis to senior stakeholders.
  • Support change management processes and assess the programme impact of variations and design changes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and package managers to ensure accurate progress reporting.
  • Drive best practice planning processes across the project and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Senior CSA Planner, Senior Planner, or Lead Planner on major construction projects.
  • Strong background in Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale data centre, commercial, infrastructure, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
  • Experience developing and managing complex project schedules within a main contractor environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to challenge construction methodologies and provide programme-driven solutions.

Essential Criteria

  • EU citizenship is required.
  • Willingness to work in Frankfurt either on a permanent relocation basis or through a FIFO arrangement.
  • Experience managing complex CSA programmes on large-scale projects.
