We have a fantastic new opening for a Warehouse & Import/Export Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, inventory management, domestic and international shipments, and import/export documentation. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient movement of goods, compliance with customs regulations, accurate inventory records, and timely delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment activities.
- Ensure products are stored safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with carriers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment issues.
- Prepare and process import and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Support customs clearance activities and resolve shipment delays when required.
- Maintain records of all import/export transactions.
- Update CRM/Oracle Management Systems with shipment data.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics processes.
Who You Are:
You are a highly organised and collaborative individual with experience in warehouse, logistics or import/export coordination. You bring strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes, and an understanding of shipping and customs requirements. You’re confident using Microsoft Excel and other MS packages or Warehouse Management Systems, and hold a valid forklift truck licence. Most importantly, you’re committed to working safely, supporting your team, and delivering a high standard of service.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or import/export coordination.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Understanding of shipping documentation and customs requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience using CRM or Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Valid Forklift truck license.
