We have an exciting new opening for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our successful team in Stockport. This role provides commercial and technical support to customers, always aiming to provide the highest standards of customer service. You will work with peers including Outside Sales, Service Engineers, Product Managers, and the Regional Business Director.
Customer Inquiry Analysis & Proposal Development: Work closely with Field Sales and Account Management to streamline sales strategies and customer engagements. Focus on the meticulous management of proposals and orders, ensuring every detail is correct and every process is followed to maintain the integrity and reliability of our sales operations.
Relationship Support: Support the development of customer relationships through thoughtful communication and reliable follow-ups. Your contributions will help build a foundation of trust and respect with our clients. You will build customer relationships, prepare impactful communication content, and make new connections across various areas and teams. Consulting diverse resources and asking questions will be key.
CRM & Order Management Systems: Comfort with CRM systems like Oracle, or an openness to learning them, is important for efficiently managing customer information and orders. We provide comprehensive training and resources to ensure you can confidently guide our customers.
