The Application Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the application engineering team to support global business development, sales teams and customers in technical applications of Portfolio Business Unit market segments. The individual in this role will oversee the daily activities of Application Engineers, who review customers’ technical needs and recommend solutions, and inspire a culture of innovation toward new solutions for customers’ challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, developing, and mentoring talent, including development engineers and applications engineers with unique expertise spanning multiple target industries and geographies.
