You will play a key role in shaping operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and supporting teams to achieve their full potential.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead overall factory performance, including output, quality, delivery, and operational efficiencyProvide leadership, coaching, and development to Value Stream Managers and their teamsAlign manufacturing execution with supply chain priorities and customer commitmentsEnsure consistent and effective production planning, sequencing, and execution across value streamsPromote a culture of continuous improvement using lean methodologies and structured problem-solvingDrive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing processesCollaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teamsSupport effective inventory and workflow management to optimise throughput and reduce delaysCreate an environment of accountability, transparency, and proactive communicationChampion employee engagement, development, and inclusive team practicesWho You Are:You consistently focus on delivering results, even under challenging circumstances, and maintain accountability for achieving goals.
