Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Act as a senior Inside Sales Engineer, managing RFQs, preparing technically and commercially accurate quotations, and supporting order conversion.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Inside Sales Engineering team to ensure workload balance, responsiveness, and delivery to customer expectations.
- Serve as a first point of contact for technical and system-related questions within the team.
- Drive adherence to standard processes, tools, and CRM/Oracle systems.
- Monitor, track, and report KPIs including quote response time, quote-to-order conversion, quote-follow-up, and quote accuracy.
- Identify, lead, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
- Liaise closely with Field Sales, Account Management, Center of Excellence, PMO and Operations to align priorities and resolve issues.
- Review customer purchase orders against quotations and ensure technical and commercial compliance.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Promote a customer-focused, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree or qualification in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the flow control or valve industry, preferably isolation valves and actuation.
- Strong commercial and technical sales engineering background.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading teams in a sales, customer support, or technical environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English.

Understanding of Isolation Valves: Having a foundational knowledge of isolation valves or process control systems. The ability to expand upon this knowledge and incorporate it thoughtfully into customer proposals will be key to the future success in this role.
