Assembly & Test Technician in Cumbernauld

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Pre-assembly of components and products according to work instructions
• Construction and configuration of customer-specific analysers and installation of sub-assemblies into analyser housings
• Installation of electronic components following ESD Safety and Manufacturing electrical connections
• Establishing gas connections such as tubing and piping, by selecting appropriate materials and fittings, ensuring secure and leak free installations
• Execution of long-term and temperature tests and performance verification of analysers
• Creation of appropriate documentation
• Preparing equipment for shipment by thoroughly inspecting and testing all components.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Adhering to health and safety laws
• Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in working from diagrams and schematics
• Problem solving skills
• Meet Quality standards across all areas
• IT skills, specifically Office 365

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in gas analysis technology sector is an advantage
