What you'll bring 10+ years' experience within project management consultancy
Track record acting as project manager on private sector projects
Current or prior exposure to the Bristol market is beneficial
Leadership experience managing and developing high‐performing teams
Strong client-facing and business development skills
Chartered status preferred (MRICS or equivalent)
Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness
