This mid-sized, independent project management consultancy has experienced year on year growth since forming, increasing their market share with an impressive client base of private investors and occupiers in prime central London.
Due to ongoing growth strategy, they seek a Project Manager / SPM to help run a mix of high end office, hospitality and retail CAT A and CAT B projects with contract values c£2m-£80m.

What you’ll bring:- 2+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
- Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
- Experience on new build, CAT A or CAT B schemes
- Chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
- Clear career pathway to SPM / Associate level
