This boutique project consultancy have successfully delivered some of the most prestigious prime / super residential projects in London and SE England.
Working in close collaboration with HNWI’s and their family offices, they provide project and cost management services on luxury residencies alongside some of the worlds leading designers and consultants.
Typical projects are refurbishment led with contract values ranging £5m-£100m per property and typically include;
- Luxury apartments and town houses in Central London.
- Vast country mansionsin SE England.
The opportunity:
They seek a Project Manager at Senior or Associate Director level. Reporting to the MD, your role will cover all aspects of Project Management delivery plus client and team leadership.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management of refurbishment projects in the prime residential sector
- Leading projectsunder JCT contractfrom inception to completion
- Instructing and management of consultant and contractor teams
- Client engagement
Ideal candidate attributes:
- Chartered professional MRICS, RIBA, MCIOB or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years experience within Project Management
- Experience leading projects in the private sector
- Prime residential experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
