About you:
- You will ideally be a chartered project management professional with 5+ years experience in a consultancy delivering projects under JCT contract.
- Degree qualified in a property related subject.
- Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent.
- 5+ years project management experience.
- Experience with new build or refurbishment projects in the student accommodation, residential or hotel sector.
- Strong commercial acumen.
