This leading, independent project management consultancy work with tier one real estate developer, investor and occupier clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.

They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q3/Q4 2026, these are a mix of office, retail and hotel consisting of CAT A and CAT B with contract values £5m-£60m.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
  • Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
  • Experienced on new build, cut and carve, CAT A or CAT B
  • Ideally chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
