Senior Project Manager – Industrial and Logistics £70,0000–£90,000 + c20% Bonus + Benefits | London

Emerson Partners are working with a fast-growing project consultancy with a strong presence in the industrial and commercial sectors. Due to an increase in work from their landlord/investor client base, they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager / Associate to join their London team and play a key role in the next stage of their journey.

✨ Why this role?

Reporting to Director, you will act as day to day project and client lead on new build and refurbishment projects ranging £2m–£20m in the industrial, logistics and commercial sectors. On top of that, you’ll have genuine input in shaping the company’s future – with a clear pathway to Associate/PD level.

👤 We’re looking for someone who:

• Is ideally chartered (MRICS or similar)
• Has a background in Project Management or Building Surveying
• Has 4+ years experience acting as PM with strong EA/CA experience
• Brings proven experience in the industrial sector
