This leading, independent project management consultancy work with blue chip real estate investor and occupier clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.
They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q2 2026, these are a mix of high end office, hospitality and retail CAT A and CAT B projects with contract values £2m-£80m.

You will join a team that boasts high employee engagement, low staff turnover and a strong market reputation. You’ll be working with a Director, and alongside a strong PM team, helping to run projects for a high profile client base with a clear pathway to Associate level.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
- Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
- Experienced on new build, CAT A or CAT B
- Ideally chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
