This market leading project management consultancy work with tier one real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.
They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q4 2026, these are a mix of office, retail and hospitality new build, cut/carve and CAT A with contract values £10m-£80m.

You will join a team that boasts high employee engagement and low staff turnover. You’ll be working with a Project Director, supported by a strong PM team, helping to lead projects for a high profile client base with a clear pathway to Associate level.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
- Track record delivering projects under JCT contract
- Experienced on new build, cut and carve, CAT A or CAT B
- Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent) or on pathway
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
