£85,000 – £95,000 + bonus + benefits, London

This leading project management consultancy are currently instructed on an array of high profile developments in central London. They work with prominent real estate developer and investor clients in the commercial, retail and residential sectors with live projects in the City, Southbank and West End.

They offer structured internal mentoring for all staff which is one of many reasons they boast a high retention rate.

They are keen to speak with Project Managers at Associate Director level to join their expanding team.

About you:

You will ideally be a project management professional with 8+ years experience in a consultancy or client delivering projects under JCT contract.

Additional candidate attributes:

• Degree qualified in a property related subject
• Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• 8+ years project management experience within a project consultancy or client
• Experience delivering cut and carve or CAT A refurbishment projects
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
