This mid-sized, independent project management consultancy has experienced year-on-year growth since forming, increasing their market share with an impressive client base of private investors and occupiers in prime central London. Due to ongoing growth strategy, they seek a Project Manager / SPM to help run a mix of high-end office, hospitality and retail CAT A and CAT B projects with contract values c£2m-£80m.

What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
- Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
- Experience on new build, CAT A or CAT B schemes
- Chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
