This leading project management consultancy works with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award-winning projects in their portfolio. They currently seek a Project Manager at Project Director level to join their team due to new projects coming on line in Q2 and Q3 2025, these are a mix of new build and cut/carve with contract values c£50m-300m.
About you:
- You will ideally be a chartered project management professional with 8+ years experience in a consultancy delivering projects under JCT contract.
- Degree qualified in a property related subject.
- Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent.
- 8+ years project management experience.
- Experience delivering new build, cut & carve or fit out projects.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
