This market leading project management consultancy works with tier one real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio. They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q1 2026, these are a mix of office, retail and hospitality consisting of cut/carve and CAT A/B with contract values £10m-100m.

What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
- Track record delivering projects under JCT contract
- Experienced on new build, cut and carve, CAT A or CAT B within the private sector
- Ideally chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
