Independent Project Consultancy
£100,000-£120,000 + bonus + benefits, London
This independent project management consultancy work with some of the industry’s most high-profile real estate developer and investor clients and are currently instructed on several major projects in Central London.
Due to new projects launching in Q2 2026, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager at Project Director level to act as day to day lead on commercial cut and carve / CAT A projects with values £50m-£250m

What you’ll bring
- 10+ years’ experience within a project management consultancy
- Proven track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contracts

- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders confidently
