This leading project management consultancy works with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award-winning projects in their portfolio. They currently seek a Project Manager at Project Director level to join their team due to new projects coming live in Q3 2025, these are commercial cut and carve and new build with contract values £50m-250m.
About you:
- You will ideally be a project management professional with 10+ years experience in a consultancy or client delivering projects under JCT contract.
- Degree qualified in a property related subject.
- Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent.
- 10+ years project management experience.
- Experience delivering projects within the commercial sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
