This independent project consultancy are currently leading high profile commercial developments in central London with contract values ranging £100m-500m.

Due to on going growth, they seek an additional Project Manager at Project Director / Director level to act in a project, client and team lead capacity.

About you:

You will ideally be a project management professional with 10+ years experience in a consultancy or client leading large and complex development projects of a cut/carve or new build capacity for investor/developer clients.

Additional candidate attributes:

  • Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
  • 10+ years project management experience within a consultancy or client
  • Experience delivering complex new build, cut and carve or refurbishment projects
  • Proven in JCT contracts
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
