Our client is a boutique project consultancy renowned for delivering super prime residential developments across the UK and internationally.
Working with HNW clients and alongside leading architects, designers, and consultants, they have built an outstanding reputation in the sector.
Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a Director of Projects (QS background) to lead projects from inception to completion, overseeing cost, risk, and delivery while managing relationships with clients and project teams.
Projects include new builds and refurbishments, typically valued between £5m–£80m , including: Prime Central London apartments and townhouses.
Country estates.
International private residences.

About You Chartered MRICS Quantity Surveyor. 15+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, ideally consultancy or client-side.
Experience working with private clients in the prime residential or high-end hospitality sector.
Experience as Contract Administrator.
Project Management experience is desirable.
Excellent communication and leadership qualities Strong leadership skills, building and managing a team
