This leading, independent project management consultancy works with blue chip real estate developer, investor and occupier clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio. They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q1 2026, these are a mix of office, residential and hospitality new build, CAT A and CAT B projects with contract values £5m-£80m.
Why this role? You will join a team that boasts high employee engagement, low staff turnover and a strong market reputation. You’ll be working with a Director, and alongside a strong PM team, helping to run projects for a high profile client base with a clear pathway to Associate level.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
- Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
- Experienced on new build, CAT A or CAT B
- Ideally chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
