This independent project management consultancy works with some of the industry’s most high-profile developer and investor clients and are currently instructed on several major projects in Central London.
Due to new schemes launching in Q2 2026, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager at Project Director / Director level to lead a diverse portfolio across office, retail, hotel, and residential sectors — spanning both refurbishment and new build — with values ranging from £50m to £200m.

What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years’ experience within a project management consultancy
- Proven track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contracts
- Experience across new build, cut & carve, or CAT A schemes
- Ideally chartered, or actively working towards (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders confidently
